     Robert Main was born in 1867. He died between 1870 and 1880.
     Robert Main may be buried in Time Cemetery, Pike County, Illinois. We knew nothing of Robert until we found the 1870 census with Philip and Rachel. We have pictures of a stone in Time Cemetery, Time, Pike County, Illinois that has the initials R. M. scratched in the top. We think this may be Robert.

     Margaret Stockman was born circa 1803. She married John Main, son of Philip Main and Clarianne 'Clory Ann' Rough, circa 1826.
     Margaret Stockman appeared on the census of 20 August 1850 at Household 31, Big Beaver Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; is age 47 and is widowed. Eight of her children are living with her. She appeared on the census of 19 June 1860 at Page 47-48; household 336, Big Beaver Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; is age 57. She and her children Enoch, and Cynthia are living with Margaret's son, Alva.

     Nicholas Main was born in 1827 at Hoytdale, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He married Elizabeth 'Betsy' Wilson, daughter of Samuel Wilson and Sarah Jane Main, before 1851. Nicholas Main died on 26 March 1910 at his home, Mount Jackson, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; of apoplexy. His death notice appeared in the Ellwood City newspaper 31 March 1910. I have copy of obituary that appeared in the New castle News. He was buried on 27 March 1910 at North Sewickley Cemetery, North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; We found no marker for him.

He appeared on the census of 5 June 1880 at S.D. 8; E.D. 103; Page 8 D, Springfield Township, Mahoning County, Ohio; is age 56, married to Elizabeth, and is farming. Four children are with them.

Three children are with them. He appeared on the census of 18 June 1880 at S.D.4; E.D.303; Page 17, Richalnd Township, Greene County, Indiana; is age 48, married to Emeline and he is farming. Three children are with them. He appeared on the census of 4 June 1900 at S.D.5; E.D.112; Sheet 2 A, Elm Creek Township, Saline County, Kansas; is age 66, has been married 43 years to 'Emma' and he is farming. They have had 4 children, all are living.

     Lodemia Watson was born in 1848 at Pike County, Illinois.

     John Wilson Sr. was born circa 1785 at Ireland.

     James M. Main was born on 5 May 1875 at North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He died on 16 November 1877 at age 2. He was buried after 16 November 1877 at North Sewickley Cemetery, North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of grave marker. The base on which the markers of James and John are standing has (Quote:) "Children of Ephraim and Sarah Main", but the death year for Maria would indicate that James is the child of Maria." (End Quote).

     Frank Slater Main was born on 17 June 1891 at Pennsylvania. He married Margaret J. Stratton, daughter of John W. Stratton and Lydia (?), circa 1915. Frank Slater Main married Iva (?) circa 1927. Frank Slater Main died in June 1964; found in the Social Security death index last living in Ohio.

He appeared on the census of 14 April 1930 at E.D.4-35; S.D.7; Sheet 5 A, Beaver Falls, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; is age 39, married to Iva, and he is working as a laborer. Frank's two children are with them.

     Iva (?) was born in 1889 at Pennsylvania. She married Frank Slater Main, son of Henry T. Main and Sarah Jane Thompson, circa 1927.

     Clara L. Main was born in January 1887 at Pennsylvania.

     Julia Main was born after 1880.

     Samuel Charles Main was born on 1 January 1884. He married Sarah J. (?) before 1920. Samuel Charles Main died on 29 December 1934 at Alliance City Hospital, Alliance, Stark County, Ohio, at age 50; I have copy of death certificate. He was buried on 2 January 1935 at Alliance City Cemetery, Alliance, Stark County, Ohio.
