Brenda Sue Main died on 28 September 2008 at her home, Wayne Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, at age 47; I have transcribed obituary.      Charles W. Prokop was born on 24 October 1919 at Van Voorhis, Washington County, Pennsylvania. He married Alice Kirkham, daughter of Joseph J. Kirkham and Hazel G. Main, in August 1940. Charles W. Prokop and Alice Kirkham were divorced in 1960. Charles W. Prokop died on 28 October 1970 at Veterans Administration Hospital, Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania, at age 51. He was buried on 31 October 1970 at Locust Grove Cemetery, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

     Lester Ray Kennedy was born on 27 September 1924 at Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. He married Roberta Mae Kirkham, daughter of Joseph J. Kirkham and Hazel G. Main, on 5 October 1946. Lester Ray Kennedy died on 29 April 2008 at Veterans Administration Hospital, Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania, at age 83; I have copy of obituary. He was buried on 3 May 2008 at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery, Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County, Penneylvania.

     Janet Lee Nye was born on 18 January 1934 at Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. She married Robert Paul Main Sr., son of Harold Hiram 'Hicke' Main and Geraldine Eichenberger, on 21 October 1950 at Ellwood City, Pennsylvania.      Emma (?) was born circa 1872 at Pennsylvania. She married James R. Main, son of Nicholas D. Main and Louise Anna Saunders, circa 1904.

     Willard Wilson Balmer was born on 28 June 1876 at Pennsylvania. He married Mariah Susannah 'Susan' Main, daughter of Henry T. Main and Sarah Jane Thompson, circa 1897.

They have no children. He appeared on the census of 3 April 1910 at S.D.4; E.D.2; Sheet 5 B, Bone Creek Township, Butler County, Nebraska; is age 32, married to Mariah Susannah, and he is working as a farm laborer. Mariah has had 2 children, only one is living. He appeared on the census of 16 January 1920 at S.D.22; E.D.43; Sheet 15 A, Big Beaver Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; is age 43, married to Susan, and he is farming. One child, Eunice M., is with them. They are with Susan's mother, Sarah.

     Margaret J. Stratton was born in December 1883 at Pennsylvania. She married Frank Slater Main, son of Henry T. Main and Sarah Jane Thompson, circa 1915. Margaret J. Stratton died circa 1926.

     Earl William Main was born on 6 March 1916 at Pennsylvania. He married Angeline Capo circa 1940.      Katherine C. Cunning was born on 22 October 1890 at Daugherty Township, Pennsylvania. She married Madison Main, son of Martin Reno Main II and Mary Maloney, circa 1924. Katherine C. Cunning died on 5 April 1963 at Providence Hospital, Pennsylvania, at age 72; I have copy of transcribed obituary. She was buried on 9 April 1963 at Locust Grove Cemetery, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; I have picture of double marker with Madison.

     Irene B. (?) was born on 6 May 1907. She married Harry M. Main, son of Harland A. 'Harry' Main and Mina Knott, circa 1928. Irene B. (?) died in July 1974 at age 67; was found in the Social Security death index last living in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona.

     Ann Catherine Reiner was born on 27 January 1906 at Pennsylvania. She married Ralph A. Main, son of Alexander Main and Nora J. McBride, in 1926. Ann Catherine Reiner died on 21 April 1999 at Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, at age 93.

     Maggie Lemons was born in March 1889 at Illinois.

     Minnie Lemons was born in December 1892 at Illinois.

     George Thomas Wroughton was born on 29 February 1876 at Illinois. He married Lena Main, daughter of Jacob Main and Mary Morton, on 15 August 1900 at Pike County, Illinois. George Thomas Wroughton died in 1946 at Illinois. He was buried in 1946 at Griggsville Cemetery, Griggsville, Pike County, Illinois.

     Leon Wroughton was born on 28 December 1901 at Illinois. He married Eloise B. (?) circa 1925. Leon Wroughton died in April 1972 at age 70; was found in the Social Security death index last living in Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri.

Lutilla 'Tillie' Main married Frederick Buel Brown on 16 April 1889 at Nevada County, California. Lutilla 'Tillie' Main married John Hitchcock in 1897. Lutilla 'Tillie' Main died in March 1931 at age 78. She was buried in March 1931 at Gridley Cemetery, Gridley, Butte County, California; I have picture of grave marker. See grave marker.

Lutilla has had 10 children, 6 are living. Her daughters, Lulu M. Robinson age 15, and Mirtle Brown, age 9 are with them. She appeared on the census of 26 April 1910 at S.D.4; E.D.77; Sheet 3 B, San Francisco, San Francisco County, California; is age 57 and is listed as Lutilla Hitchcock. She is living with her son Edwin who is single. It appears that Lutilla married 5 times and was married 13 years to John Hitchcock. She has had 10 children, only 6 living. Ralph and Lulu W. DeHuff along with their children are living in this household. Lulu is Lutilla's daughter from her marriage to Robinson.      Nancy Main was born on 20 March 1853 at Illinois. She married Robert Baker circa 1868 at Butte County, California; was found in book A, page 191 according to Butte County vital statistics on Rootsweb. Nancy Main married Frank Lopez after 1885. Nancy Main died on 19 August 1926 at California at age 73.
     Nancy Main appeared on the census of 16 January 1920 at S.D.3; E.D.116; Sheet 15A, Precinct 8, Sacramento County, California; is age 66, widowed and running a lodging home. Her daughter Emma and her husband are living there.

     Elizabeth Main was born in September 1855 at Illinois. She married Methias Leonard 'Matthew' Tescher in 1870 at Butte County, California; was found in book A, page 225. Elizabeth Main married Benjamin F. Robinson after 1882. Elizabeth Main died on 31 December 1929 at California at age 74.

     Hugh McNary Main was born on 9 September 1856 at Illinois; may have been born in 1858. He married Rutha Candace Hedrick on 27 October 1885 at Mendocino County, California; is found in book 4, Page 391. Hugh McNary Main died on 29 March 1911 at California at age 54. He was buried after 29 March 1911 at Little River Cemetery, Fort Bragg - near, Mendocino County, California.
     Hugh McNary Main appeared on the census of 11 June 1880 at S.D. 3; E.D.3; Page 25 (188A), Oregon Township, Butte County, California; is age 22, is single and is rooming at the household of Lydia and Winfield Westrope. He appeared on the census of 7 June 1900 at Cuffeys Cove, Mendocino County, California; is age 41, has been married 14 years to Ruth. Hugh is a day laborer. He appeared on the census of 20 April 1910 at Cuffeys Cove, Mendocino County, California; is age 54, and has been married 24 years to Ruth. They have had 6 children, all living. Hugh is working for the railroad.

They have 4 daughters living with them along with Robert's granddaughter, May N. Baker age 1 year. Nancy's brother John is also living with Robert and Nancy.
