     Alanson Roberts was born on 10 April 1793 at New York. He married Permelia Daily circa 1822. Alanson Roberts died on 1 February 1857 at age 63.
     Alanson Roberts appeared on the census of 1840 at Number 4, Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. He appeared on the census of 20 September 1850 at Household 73, Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania; is age 59, married to "Amelia" age 48, and Alanson is farming. We do not know why Alanson and Permelia show up in two households in this census, but we are sure that both households are them. He appeared on the census of 20 September 1850 at Page 154; Household 79, Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania; is age 58, Permelia is 48 and 7 children are living at home. In this household Benjamin is listed as farming.

     Permelia Daily was born on 12 September 1800 at New York. She married Alanson Roberts circa 1822. Permelia Daily died on 9 December 1870 at age 70.
     Permelia Daily appeared on the census of 27 July 1870 at Dwelling 83; Page 11, State Center Township, Marshall County, Iowa; is age 67, and living with her daughter Rachel and her family.

     (?) Roberts was born circa 1843.

     Francis J. Roberts was born on 7 January 1836 at New York. She married Basil R. Phelps, son of Robert W. Phelps and Mary (?), before 1853.

     Basil R. Phelps was born circa 1831 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. He married Francis J. Roberts, daughter of Alanson Roberts and Permelia Daily, before 1853.
     Basil R. Phelps appeared on the census of 9 August 1860 at Dwelling 2868; Page 378, Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania; is age 29, married to Francis and he is farming. Three children are with them. He appeared on the census of 28 June 1870 at Dwelling 2; Page 1, Leven Township, Pope County, Minnesota; is age 37, married to Francis and he is farming. Three children are with them.

     Phoeba L. Roberts was born on 16 October 1826 at New York. She married Cornelius Van Camp circa 1848. Phoeba L. Roberts died in January 1904 at age 77.

     Caroline Roberts was born on 31 March 1841 at Erie County, Pennsylvania.

     Benjamin D. Roberts was born on 26 April 1823 at New York. He married Susannah 'Susan' Van Camp on 1 June 1845. Benjamin D. Roberts died on 5 February 1904 at Castle Rock, Douglas County, Colorado, at age 80; I have a copy of death certificate. See death certificate.

     Benjamin D. Roberts appeared on the census of 20 September 1850 at Page 154; Household 79, Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania; is age 27, living with his parents and he is farming. I do not know where Susannah is, since she is not listed with Benjamin. According to my source they should be married and have at least one child living as of this date. Susannah should be pregnant with George at this time. He appeared on the census of 3 July 1860 at Page 106, Pleasant Grove, Olmstead County, Minnesota; is age 36, married to Susan and he is farming. Four children are with them. He appeared on the census of 27 June 1870 at Page 6, Westport Township, Pope County, Minnesota; is age 45, and is farming. Three children are living with Benjamin and Susan. He appeared on the census of 11 June 1880 at S.D.2; E.D.104; Page 12D, Dry Creek, Pierce County, Nebraska; is age 57, and is farming. Three children are still at home with Benjamin and Susan. He appeared on the census of 19 June 1900 at S.D.6; E.D.13; Sheet 9B, Bristow Precinct, Boyd County, Nebraska; is age 77, married to Susan. They are living with Emma and William Hight. Susan has had 10 children and 6 are living.

     Susannah 'Susan' Van Camp was born on 4 September 1829 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. She married Benjamin D. Roberts, son of Alanson Roberts and Permelia Daily, on 1 June 1845. Susannah 'Susan' Van Camp died on 17 March 1916 at Elgin, Montana, at age 86.
     Susannah 'Susan' Van Camp appeared on the census of 9 May 1910 at S.D.170; E.D.15; Sheet5 B, Bristow Township, Boyd County, Nebraska; is age 80, widowed and living with her daughter Emma Hight and family.

     Elizabeth Roberts was born on 13 July 1833 at New York.

     Alfred Roberts was born on 13 August 1824 at New York. He married Jane Van Camp before 1852. Alfred Roberts married Adaline (?) before 1862. Alfred Roberts died in May 1889 at age 64.
     Alfred Roberts appeared on the census of 12 July 1870 at Dwelling 35; Page 5, Marion Township, Hamilton County, Iowa; is age 46, married to Adeline and he works in a general store. Six children are with them. He appeared on the census of 18 June 1880 at S.D.3; E.D.4; Page 34 B, Concordia Township, Cloud County, Kansas; is age 55, married to Adeline and he is working as a carpenter. Five children are with them.

     Jane Van Camp was born circa 1828 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. She married Alfred Roberts, son of Alanson Roberts and Permelia Daily, before 1852.

     Adaline (?) was born circa 1828 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. She married Alfred Roberts, son of Alanson Roberts and Permelia Daily, before 1862.

     Thomas J. Roberts was born on 14 September 1837 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. He died on 9 October 1894 at age 57.
     Thomas J. Roberts appeared on the census of 4 August 1860 at Dwelling 2650; Page 349, Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania; is age 22, single and is doing farm labor.

     Rachel Roberts was born on 12 November 1831 at New York. She married Reason S. Phelps, son of Robert W. Phelps and Mary (?), circa 1851 at Kansas; The place of marriage was found on Ancestry.com in the marriage indexes. It seems unlikely they would have married in Kansas. I am researching further.

     Reason S. Phelps was born circa 1827 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. He married Rachel Roberts, daughter of Alanson Roberts and Permelia Daily, circa 1851 at Kansas; The place of marriage was found on Ancestry.com in the marriage indexes. It seems unlikely they would have married in Kansas. I am researching further.
     Reason S. Phelps appeared on the census of 27 July 1870 at Dwelling 83; Page 11, State Center Township, Marshall County, Iowa; is age 43, married to Rachel and he is working as a carpenter. Six children are with them. Rachel's mother, Permelia VanCamp is with them. He appeared on the census of 4 June 1880 at S.D.3; E.D.46; Page 7, Starr Township, Cloud County, Kansas; is age 53, married to Rachel and he is farming. One child is with them. He appeared on the census of 19 June 1900 at S.D.5; E.D.24; Sheet 11 B, Oakland Township, Cloud County, Kansas; is age 72, has been married 41 years to Rachel and he is not working. They have had 6 children, only 3 are living. He and Rachel are living with their daughter "Minnie" and her family.

     Saloma Roberts was born on 22 October 1849 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. She died on 2 December 1856 at age 7.

     George H. Roberts was born on 22 October 1850 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. He married Viola Pixley. George H. Roberts died on 15 April 1919 at age 68.

     Viola Pixley was born circa 1854 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. She married George H. Roberts, son of Benjamin D. Roberts and Susannah 'Susan' Van Camp.

     Amos Worden Roberts was born on 25 February 1859 at Minnesota. He married Martha Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Cox, daughter of Charles Thomas Cox and Anna L. Searight, on 22 October 1883 at Knox County, Nebraska; I have copy of marriage license. Amos Worden Roberts and Martha Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Cox were divorced before 1908. Amos Worden Roberts died on 25 March 1915 at Parker, Douglas County, Colorado, at age 56.
     Amos Worden Roberts appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at S.D.3; E.D.13; Sheet 7 B, Pine Grove, Precinct 1, Douglas County, Colorado; is age 50 and working as a chicken farmer. He is living with his sister Ida and her family. Amos is listed as married but Lizzie is already remarried to Henry Jones, therefore we know he is divorced.

     Caroline Permelia Roberts was born on 25 March 1858 at Olmstead County, Minnesota. She married John Wesley Black on 18 March 1878. Caroline Permelia Roberts died on 10 August 1948 at Hubbard County, Minnesota, at age 90.

     John Wesley Black was born on 29 March 1852 at Shullsburg, Lafayette County, Wisconsin. He married Caroline Permelia Roberts, daughter of Benjamin D. Roberts and Susannah 'Susan' Van Camp, on 18 March 1878. John Wesley Black died on 4 July 1939 at Park Rapids, Hubbard County, Minnesota, at age 87.
     John Wesley Black appeared on the census of 12 June 1880 at S.D.2; E.D.104; Page 13, Dry Creek Precinct, Pierce County, Nebraska; is age 27, married to Caroline and he is farming. He appeared on the census of 9 June 1900 at S.D.7; E.D.117; Sheet 4 B, Township 155, Range 40, Marshall County, Minnesota; is age 48, has been married 22 years to Caroline and he is farming. Their adopted son Eddie Price age 15 is with them. Caroline has had 1 child and it is living. He appeared on the census of 7 May 1910 at S.D.9; E.D.206; Sheet 13 B, Garfield Township, Polk County, Minnesota; is age 57, has been married 31 years to Caroline and he is farming. Edward is listed as foster son. Caroline has had 1 child and it is living. He appeared on the census of 12 January 1920 at S.D.9; E.D.205; Sheet 10 A, Garfield Township, Polk County, Minnesota; is age 67, married to Caroline and he is not working. He and Caroline are enumerated with Samuel C. and Gertrude May La Due. John and Caroline are listed as Father-in-law and Mother-in-law. He appeared on the census of 2 April 1930 at E.D.29-26; S.D.2; Sheet 1 A, Todd Township - Park Rapids Village, Hubbard County, Minnesota; is age 78, married to Caroline and they are living with Samuel and Gertrude La Due. Again, they are listed as father-in-law and mother-in-law.

     Thomas Roberts was born on 10 April 1846 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. He died on 23 July 1846.

     Benjamin Franklin Roberts was born on 22 January 1873 at Erie County, Pennsylvania. He married Elizabeth (?).
     Benjamin Franklin Roberts lived in Neligh, Nebraska in May 1941.

     Elizabeth (?) was born circa 1870. She married Benjamin Franklin Roberts, son of Benjamin D. Roberts and Susannah 'Susan' Van Camp.

     Clarence E. Roberts was born on 15 July 1851 at Pennsylvania. He died on 24 December 1851.

     Emma A. Roberts was born on 9 August 1869 at Minnesota. She married William E. Hight, son of Simon P. Hight, in 1890. Emma A. Roberts died on 15 August 1920 at age 51.

     Ida Jane Roberts was born on 15 August 1853 at Pennsylvania. She married William Galbreath circa July 1872. Ida Jane Roberts died on 2 June 1928 at Vernal, Uintah County, Utah, at age 74; I have copy of death certificate. She was buried on 4 June 1928 at Rock Point Cemetery, Maeser (north east of Vernal), Uinah County, Utah; Grave marker may have June 1, 1927 as death date.

     Abrom Roberts was born in November 1857 at Pennsylvania. He died in November 1857.

     William Galbreath was born on 22 June 1845 at Illinois; William's grave marker has birth year 1847, according to the Rock Point cemetery records. He married Ida Jane Roberts, daughter of Benjamin D. Roberts and Susannah 'Susan' Van Camp, circa July 1872. William Galbreath died on 29 October 1927 at Vernal, Uintah County, Utah, at age 82; I have copy of death certificate. He was buried on 1 November 1927 at Rock Point Cemetery, Maeser (north east of Vernal), Uinah County, Utah.
     William Galbreath appeared on the census of 25 June 1880 at S.D.12; E.D.63; Sheet 34 B, Park Precinct, Jefferson County, Colorado; is age 34 and is working in a saw mill. He appeared on the census of 12 June 1900 at S.D.1; E.D.73; Sheet 6 A, Sedalia Precinct 3, Douglas County, Colorado; is age 55 and is farming. He appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 at S.D.3; E.D.13; Sheet 7 B, Pine Grove Precinct 1, Douglas County, Colorado; is age 65, has been married 37 years to Ida and they have had 9 children, all living. William is farming. Amos Warden Roberts is living with them. He appeared on the census of 23 January 1920 at S.D.1; E.D.134; Sheet 10 A, Vernal, Uintah County, Utah; is age 74, married to Ida, age 66, and he is farming. Their sons, Perry, and Joseph, as well as Joseph's wife and child are with them.
