He was buried on 27 December 1969 at New Zion Cemetery, Cushing, Payne County, Oklahoma.

     Elsie Imogene Hopkins was born on 24 December 1891 at Ridgeway, Harrison County, Missouri. She married Dr. Jacob Widman Chiles on 12 November 1911 at Bethany, Harrison County, Missouri. Elsie Imogene Hopkins died on 31 August 1931 at Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, at age 39; I have copy of obituary. See obituary. She was buried on 2 September 1931.

This is a first marriage for Louis, and a third for Susie. Susie has had 6 children, only 3 are living. Susie's son, Monroe Lynch, is with them.
