Victor Allen 'Vic' Nye died on 18 April 2007 at his home, Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, at age 76; I have transcribed obituary.      Agnes Nye was born in 1844 at Ohio. She married Lemuel Hazzard, son of David Hazzard and Sophia (?), on 6 September 1866 at Kosciusko County, Indiana; is found in Book C; Page 390. Agnes Nye died in 1867. She was buried in 1867 at Union Cemetery, Whitmore Township (Decatur), Macon County, Illinois.

     John R. Nye was born circa 1838 at Ohio. He married Mary Ann McComb on 9 November 1859 at Kosciusko County, Indiana; is found in Book B; Page 238. John R. Nye died on 20 July 1899.
     John R. Nye appeared on the census of 2 August 1860 at Page 119; Household 834, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana; is age 23, married to Mary, and John is a Mason. He appeared on the census of 2 June 1870 at Dwelling 8; Page 1, Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana; is age 34, married to Mary, and he is working at a provisions store. Three children are with them.

     Mary Ann McComb was born in 1840 at Ohio. She married John R. Nye, son of Jacob Nye and Sarah H. McColough, on 9 November 1859 at Kosciusko County, Indiana; is found in Book B; Page 238. Mary Ann McComb died on 30 October 1901 at Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
