Maximelien Kaster Nye and an unknown person were divorced in October 1926. He died on 16 August 1969 at Ellwood City, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, at age 75.

     Seth Mace Nye was born on 23 December 1901. He died on 31 October 1916 at Camp Run, Pennsylvania, at age 14; of an accidental shooting. I have copy of article about his death.      Esther Nye was born on 6 June 1906. She married John Peter Martin on 1 May 1923. Esther Nye died in June 1992; was found in the Social Security death index last living in West Pittsburg, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.

     Neil McDonald Nye was born on 16 July 1908. He died on 27 July 1975 at Harmony, Butler County, Pennsylvania, at age 67.

     Mary Nye was born on 28 April 1910 at Celia, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. She married Cecil Conrad Riggle, son of Harry Edward Riggle and Hallie Rosetta Wiley, on 12 June 1927. Mary Nye died on 9 June 1992 at San Bernadino County, California, at age 82.

     John Byron Pander was born on 11 November 1865 at Franklin Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He married Isabel Nye, daughter of Michael Barnett Nye and Anna Maxamelia Mace, on 26 November 1889. John Byron Pander died on 1 March 1952 at age 86; may have died February 27, 1952, as found in Descendents of Andrew Nye. Their son Leslie is living with them.
